Enterprise and Commercial Development Team
ECD leads the applied research, enterprise and knowledge transfer activities of the University and develops mutually beneficial collaborations between academics and large and small organisations within both the private and not-for-profit sectors. Through the delivery of expertise based upon knowledge, technologies and intellectual capital based within the University, ECD can assist enterprising organisations seeking to transform, innovate and develop business resilience. ECD has access to a wide range of innovation support programmes such as Knowledge Transfer Partnerships, Innovation Vouchers and Proof of Concept Funding.
