The Stoke Business Village provides a major boost to the area by strengthening and diversifying the local area economy through creation and growth of businesses. Being located on the University Campus allows the businesses to interface with the University's knowledge base.

The Business Village comprises a ground and first floor office building, designed to be occupied by small to medium sized businesses. The building provides a total of up to 30 individual units which range from sizes of 100sq ft up to 560 sq ft. The Stoke Business Village is situated on Leek Road (A52) to the south east of Hanley City Centre. The A500 is directly linked via the A52 and provides direct links to both north and south of the M6 Motorway. The premises are sited on Staffordshire University Campus, two minutes walk from Stoke on Trent Railway Station.
